FLASH HARRY

A Celebration of the Music and Magic of Queen

Welcome to the Official Website

for Flash Harry!

“Don’t turn away with the idea that Flash Harry is a mere novelty Band. These guys can play … the music, the movement, the attention to detail … will ensure that people continue to marvel at the Show.” — The Sunday World

Here’s a video about who we are and what we do. The interview footage is from 2000, ahead of a Show at The Grand Opera House, Belfast, Northern Ireland. The background footage is from our Rocked Up & Classical Show at Belfast’s Odyssey Arena in 2010.

In a nutshell, what you should know:

  • We’re a band of 5 musicians based in Northern Ireland.
  • We started in our present guise in 1992 following Freddie Mercury’s untimely death the previous year.
  • We don’t go out to impersonate Queen, but to put our slant on its legendary rock music.
  • We started with a 26-song set, but now encompass the majority of Queen’s released material: a catalogue of extravaganzas — well-loved rock anthems, lesser known material, and everything in between.
  • We’ve toured extensively all over Ireland, the UK and abroad, also visiting the US and Asia, and sold out top-notch venues to capacity.
  • Not only do we love illustrating the magic of Queen, but we have also toured with our own Irish Rock Legends show, showcasing the diversity of Irish-born musicians who have made history: Gary Moore, Rory Gallagher, Thin Lizzy etc.
  • Our biggest production has been our own style “The Magic of Queen — Rocked Up and Classical” show, incorporating a large orchestra and choir; we’ve performed this show a number of times and are regularly requested to run it again and again.
  • We’ve headlined the International Queen Fan Club Annual Convention on several occasions, and played in Montreux, Switzerland for global events organised by the Mercury Phoenix Trust.
  • We’re no strangers to appearances on TV or Radio either!

We think the reason for our popularity is simple: the music of Queen is universal in its appeal and entertainment value; we’re honoured to play a staple diet of anthems which always get the crowd on their feet dancing, stamping, clapping and singing along.

But there’s much more to us than that — learn more about us, and the people who make up the Flash Harry family on this website.

A special thank you to all past members who have played their part in what is the Magic of Queen through Flash Harry, and of course You the People, who keep coming back time and time again — YOU ROCK!

Beneath the polished surface of Britain's gambling industry lies a parallel universe where the usual rules dissolve into a haze of uncapped stakes and forgotten time-outs. The first doorway into this realm often appears through mainstream platforms, where licenses gleam and responsible gambling banners blink in orderly rotation. But for those who have slammed the door on self-exclusion or simply crave a longer leash, the compass swings toward offshore casino sites, where no database remembers your name or your promise to quit. Here, the slots spin without a guilty conscience programmed into their code, and withdrawals land faster than a regulator's warning letter. The most sought-after destinations, however, remain UK Casinos Not on GamStop, hidden coves where British players can chase progressive jackpots until dawn without a single pop-up asking if they're sure. It's a wilder kind of playground, cobbled together from offshore licenses and the quiet understanding that some gamblers prefer their vices unfiltered.

Beyond the rigid restrictions of traditional self-exclusion programs, many thrill-seekers are quietly turning to independent platforms that operate without UKGC oversight, and among these, carefully vetted betting sites not on GamStop have become a popular choice for those who value autonomy over imposed limits. For those who prefer the spin of a reel or the turn of a card, a reliable casino not on GamStop offers a seamless alternative where bonuses flow freely and playtime isn’t dictated by a mandatory timeout. However, variety is key in this shadow economy, and a second casino not on GamStop can provide an entirely different atmosphere, from high-stakes tables to niche slot collections that mainstream sites have abandoned. What unites these off-grid destinations is a shared philosophy: trust the player to know their own limits, rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all break. Whether you’re seeking sharper odds, faster withdrawals, or simply an escape from the national blocklist, these portals have quietly redefined what online wagering can feel like when the safety net is removed. Just remember that with greater freedom comes greater personal responsibility, as no external system will step in to pause your session for you. Ultimately, the choice to step outside the GamStop umbrella is a deliberate one, made easier by platforms that prioritize transparency and player agency above bureaucratic compliance.
